1. Remove vegetation, if any, from the cracks and thoroughly clean the crack with the use of brooms and air pressure. 2. Install a base in the cracks where needed. a. All cracks must be cleaned and filled with a rubber sealant. Cracks that are too large for a rubber sealant must be routed out, cleaned and filled with Hot Rubber Fiber Crack Filler. 3. Fill all cracks with a court patch binder or concrete depending on the width of the cracks. 4. Install the Rite Way or Armor Crack Repair System or equivalent over filled cracks per manufacturer’s specifications. 5. Sweep and air clean area to be surfaced. 6. Apply one coat of acrylic resurfacer mixed with 5-10 pounds of 50-60 mesh silica sand per gallon of resurfacer and applied at a rate of .07 to .10 gallon per square yards. Acrylic surface must be compatible will all fillers used on the project. 7. Apply two coats of Latexite texture surface at a rate of approximately .05 gallons/sy per coat. 8. Layout, mask and stripe Tennis playing lines with a paintbrush using 100% acrylic textured line paint. COLOR: WHITE 9. Remove masking tape and clean up general work area.
