3.0 SCOPE OF WORK The Chiller(s) and the Control Panel must be new equipment and meet all specifications within the document that is set forth. CHILLER UNITS Removal and proper disposal of two (2) Carrier units. Replace and install two (2) 182-ton Chillers with two (2) Carrier 30RC-1826C016 or equivalent. All necessary water piping and insulation to go from new chillers to existing piping. All necessary electric to go from units to existing electric. All necessary equipment to install the two (2) new chillers. Factory start up must be completed after installation of equipment. One-year parts and services warranty. CONTROL PANELS Demolition and Removal of existing controls for Major Mechanical Systems AHU01, AHU02, MAU-1, Aircooled chillers and exhaust fans. Furnish and Install one (1) ExoStruxure Control Panel with field bus controller in RM904. Install CAT6 and 24v power wiring to controller cabinet. TERMINAL UNITS CONTROLS Reuse existing Terminal Units control wiring. Provide and Install two (2) new network controllers with I/O capacity to connect the terminal units and I/O points for the dampers and associated sensors. Provide and Install two (2) network panels (1 on level 6 and 1 on level 3), excludes Ethernet drop to each network. (89) FAN POWERED BOX VAV W/ ELECTRIC REHEAT Reuse existing low voltage power to field mounted controller. Demo and Remove existing VAV controller, space temp sensor and comm bus. Install new EcoStruxure VAV controller, space temp sensor and CAT6 bus.
