WSDOT is seeking quotes for Winter Sand Material as specified below and on the attached RFQ form. Bidders shall quote a per ton price, comprising all costs for delivery to WSDOT Inventory Control Points (ICPs) as well as quotes for pick-up from vendor sites by WSDOT. Bidders are not required to bid on every ICP and bidders should quote pricing only for the ICPs they are willing and able to deliver to. WSDOT makes no guarantee that a purchase will occur as a result of this solicitation and does not guarantee minimum or maximum quantities. The initial term of this contract is from the date of award thru September 30, 2025. Maintenance sand shall be free from extraneous material, be naturally occurring, processed by scalping, screened, crushed or washed, round to sub-round in shape but preferable angular, and meet the following specifications. Quotes must be provided on the Price Worksheet (Appen dix D).
