Objective The objective of this Request for Proposal is to begin obtaining adequate information by which Sevier County may evaluate the various services offered by potential companies. Specifications • Vendor is able to identify all short-term rental units in Sevier County. • Vendor to provide a report once a year by March 1st of that year with owner, addresses and identification of specific short-term rental units on unique parcel IDs (Sevier County can provide unique parcel IDs on all short-term rental units for vendor to match). • Sevier County can obtain detailed information on rental activity for select parcels when needed for appeals, with a limit of fifty (50) per year. Sevier County would allow vendor adequate time to prepare information.
