Demolition (raze/ tear down) of all structure(s), to include removal of the structure(s), removal of all debris, weeds, rank vegetation, driveways, slabs, foundation walls, impervious surfaces, and fences. Sever and seal electrical, gas, water, sewer, and telephone utility mains per the Utility Companies Directives, also to fill open wells, removal/crushing/fill-in of septic tanks, underground fuel tanks, etc. on property(ies) to South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control standards. Demolition of the structure shall be in accordance with all applicable regulations for the properties located at: o 4023 Jordan Road, Greer, SC Tax Map Number 0619.01-01-022.01. Asbestos WAS detected on the property and air monitoring will be required for asbestos abatement. Greenville County has contracted S&ME for air monitoring services. Coordination with S&ME and Greenville County Codes will be required to conduct the air monitoring during the abatement. The GIS Map and the Asbestos Report are attached.
