• Remove existing acrylic surfacing by scraping, pressure washing, sand blasting, and grinding, as necessary for new acrylic to adhere to asphalt. • Remove old tennis posts and patch as necessary • Clean out all cracks in the existing asphalt court. Fill larger cracks with fine-grained concrete. Fill small cracks and finish concrete-filled cracks with crack filler and grind smoothly. Fill depressions with court patch binder. Once all patches have dried, apply Guardian One 11 Crack Repair Product in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, or approved equal or better product. • Resurface the existing asphalt court with a minimum of 2 coats of acrylic re-surfacer. If a bidder recommends more coats include as an additional line item in bid. New lines will be configured and painted for six pickleball courts with colors selected by City. • Core holes in asphalt for new interior fence and pickleball posts. • Provide and install interior chain link fences. Fence to be 4 ft tall, schedule 40 black powder coated posts and top rails, and 9-gauge fabric black coated. Also tighten and re-wire fabric to post on the existing exterior fence where necessary. • Provide and install pickle ball posts and nets for six pickleball courts.
