1) Survey of Other Arizona Communities – This task involves the collection and review of other Arizona communities’ drainage analysis and design criteria and ordinances to ascertain what, if any, material may be applied in the new City Drainage Design Manual. 2) Stakeholder Meetings – This task involves attending and facilitating two meetings with a group of 8 to 10 stakeholders selected by the City and addressing stakeholder comments. 3) Review of County Drainage Design Manual – This task involves a comprehensive review of the County’s Drainage Design Manual to determine which parts of the County Manual should be adopted in the new City Drainage Design Manual. 4) Review of current technology and tools – This task involves a general survey of the current technology and tools being used for the analysis and design of municipal drainage infrastructure in Arizona. 5) Public Involvement – This task involves the facilitating of one public meeting and the processing and addressing of public comments. 6) New City Drainage Design Manual Preparation – This task involves the preparation of the City’s new manual, including reviews of the manual outline and rough draft, incorporation of comments from the City and the Stakeholders and adoption of the final manual by City Council.
