Provide DV Targeted Coordinated Entry Access point and Front Door Assessor, granting survivors direct access to the Coordinated Entry System and decreasing barriers to housing. This approach ensures that people fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence have equitable access to all community resources for which they are eligible, while also maintain access to DV-specific interventions and resources. This access point would be accessible both through survivors contacting DV services specifically and for households being served by the normative homeless service systems who (1) identify that that are fleeing DV and (2) would rather be serviced by a Victim Service Provider. This access point shall also be available for a direct warm hand off from other access points who are working with a survivor who would rather be served by a DV-specific access point. To continue Coordinated Entry System improvement on serving survivors, this project will provide trainings to Coordinated Entry partners or other system stakeholders, and ongoing technical assistance in policy and workflow development.
