1. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Oroville Area office, the services described herein: furnish all including landscaping/gardening chemical agents, consumables, etc.), materials, tools, equipment (including but not limited to rakes, leaf blowers, bags, and gloves) labor, personnel and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide two (2) days per month Landscaping Services in accordance with the terms set forth in the Agreement. A. License Requirements: Contractors State Licensing Board, CSLB, C-27 Landscaping Contractor and a Local Business License. B. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E).
