Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Contractor shall provide: (a) Onboarding training to new programs and staff: (1) Introductory training and consultation; (2) Diagnostic training and support; (3) Training and consultation in family psychoeducation; (4) Discipline-specific support, including Occupational Therapy; (5) Training on specific areas of focus as prioritized mutually; (6) Training on advanced clinical skills; and (7) As needed, site-specific trainings for each site facilitating CHRP and FEP treatment as needed. (b) Consultation and program development support: (1) Specifying the program model and implementing program development and sustainability strategies; (2) Identifying community-specific needs and implementing support and program development strategies; (3) Establishing ongoing networking and co-learning opportunities for local teams to learn from and engage with partners regionally and in other states; (4) Including group clinical consultation for the agencies providing CHRP and FEP services; and (5) Including individual site consultation and feedback for each agency providing CHRP and FEP services.
