The Department of Health and Human Services, Utah State Hospital ("USH") is a long-term care treatment facility for persons who have a severe and persistent mental illness. The USH serves all age groups and populations, including a forensic population. The purpose of this contract is for the Contractor to provide OPS Hand, Hair & Body Wash for the OPS anti-ligature soap dispensers that provide a safe and healthy environment for patient. These soap dispensers are approved by the USH Environment of Care committee and are required by The Joint Commission as part of the accreditation process for USH. The Contractor shall provide the following: 2.1 Product Specifications. OPS Hand, Hair & Foaming Body Wash or equivalent (equivalent must work in the OPS dispensers) for use in the OPS soap dispensers.
