In compliance with their respective federal, state, and local regulations, the following Tasks will be performed by the Contractor at the request of UTARNG-ERM. Task 1 – Emission Calculations and Inventories - At the direction of ERM, the Contractor will calculate the emissions from various types of sources and activities at Camp Williams such as boilers, emergency generators, degreasers, painting, abrasive blasting, and prescribed burns. These calculations may support compliance requirements related to SSEs or AOs with the Utah Division of Air Quality (UDAQ). If emission calculations are to support compliance UAC R307-401, R307-410, 40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 93, and/or another regulation that requires the use of Emission Factors or other calculation methods, then those required methods must be used. Task 2 – Air Quality Management Plans - At the direction of ERM, the Contractor will support ERM to manage, inventory, and replace Ozone Depleting Substances/Chemicals (ODSs/ODCs) with appropriate ODS alternatives. ODS management support may include reviewing/creating ODS Management Plans, updating existing ODS Inventories, creating inspection and maintenance plans for ODS- and refrigerant-containing equipment, providing ODS compliance training and training materials (excludes certification for refrigerant containing equipment), recommending ODS elimination and replacements, and other support activities. Any services related to ODS/ODCs will be performed in accordance with 40 CFR Part 82, relevant Department of Defense (DoD) guidance, and regulations such as Army Regulation 200-1, and/or other regulatory documents, as appropriate...
