The Work shall be completed under one Contract and consists of all labor, equipment and materials required to properly construct the Project. The Project generally consists of the following primary components: Installation of 2,160 feet of 20-inch ductile iron pipe (in Zone B) along 5400 South from Copper City Dr. to the 5600 West intersection and various lateral connections along the extent of the water line as shown in the Project Drawings (Phase 1). The Project may also consist of up to an additional 3,210 feet of 20-inch ductile iron pipe that extends further west from Copper City Dr. to the District’s property located at 6380 West 5400 South with pressure reducing and metering facilities as shown in the Project Drawings (Phase 2).
