Remove old culvert & repair any areas/voids that water diverted outside of the culvert into the drainage/irrigation pond created. The standpipe should have ÍIJϙĺŽôŘƲĺſϙŜèŘôôIJϙťĺϙƱīťôŘϙĺŪťϙæĖČϙîôæŘĖŜϙċŘĺıϙƲĺſĖIJČϙťēŘĺŪČēϙťēô ĺŽôŘƲĺſϙЭϙŜēĺŪīîϙæôϙŜôèŪŘôîϙſĖťēϙÍϙèĺIJèŘôťôϙēôÍîϙſÍīīϙÍťϙťēôϙæÍŜôϟ The culvert (east end) should have a head wall (4' on both sides) at the base of the culvert at the irrigation pond. The new culvert will be installed under the existing 4" water irrigation line without damaging water line. A "new" water source was noticed (Feb - April) that is draining through the same area as water from the slough. Gravel needs to be added to the area of the sinkhole, at the base of the boulder (in the sinkhole) & along the "new water path" to the pond, allowing water to drain through the area to the pond without creating a new sinkhole...
