The Town of Shrewsbury is circulating this Invitation for Bids (IFB) with the intention of acquiring bids to furnish and deliver Itron compatible water meter endpoint modules capable for use with advanced meter reading (AMR) and advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) system technologies for use with analog, digital, and ultrasonic water meters. The Town has standardized the AMR/AMI compatible water meter endpoints to enable functionality with the Itron read data collection system and to allow utilization of water meters from multiple meter manufacturers to build upon the Town’s advanced metering infrastructure.
