Successful applicants will provide progress reports and a final report at the end of the contract detailing the use of funds, and a summary of progress toward achievement of the goals and objectives outlined in the Performance Indicators and Evaluation Workbook. Reports will be submitted to KCPHD, who will distribute reports to the advisory board and the BOCC. These entities retain the ability to request clarification or additional information of the applicant as needed to assess project progress and/or appropriate use of funds. In addition to reports, successful applications will be required to present to the advisory board and the BOCC at least once during the funding period. A lack of meeting the reporting requirements may result in delayed reimbursement payments, denial of invoices, or contract termination. All reporting requirements will be outlined in detail during the contracting process for successful applicants.
