Requested architectural/engineering services could include, planning, design, construction administration and other services necessary for project completion. Sumner County is seeking professional services to include, but not limited to the following: New building construction with corresponding site plan Develop plans, specifications, contract documents, bid quantities, engineering cost estimate, and all permit submittals that meet or exceed all federal, state, and county guidelines. Utility adjustments (if necessary) Bid review and recommendation Pre-construction meeting and construction administration services, progress meetings Scheduled meetings with the County staff, County Commission, and Oak Grove Volunteer Fire Department representatives to determine design and construction Familiarity with the ARP federal funding requirements Familiarity with local conditions Ability to bill according to funding source per grant requirements
