The successful Proposer shall provide comprehensive procurement online auction services that provide total auction management and live reverse auction events for Authorized Purchasers as requested. The successful Proposer is expected to offer a full range of services. Anticipated functionality is listed in Attachment G, Reverse Auction Features. The expected services are described in Exhibit A of the Attachment A Sample Master Services Agreement, and include: • Consulting • Market Research • Strategic Planning • Bid Development, Creation and Analysis • Reverse Auction Software Platform with secure online Portal • Technical Support • Training • Auction Event Management • Communication • Reporting at State, Agency, and Authorized Purchaser levels
