A. Contractor shall remove snow and ice from parking lots, sidewalks, and pathways, and apply ice melt products at SAIF’s Medford office located at 990 N Phoenix Road, Suite 101, Medford, Oregon 97504-98448 (the “Services”) as follows: • When the forecast calls for 30% chance of precipitation within the next 24 hours and the temperature is forecasted to be at or below freezing, Contractor shall proactively deploy services to apply ice melt products unless, during Contractor’s business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, SAIF notifies Contractor not to • Contractor shall automatically deploy for snow removal services when there are two (2) or more inches of snow accumulation on the ground, snowplow parking lots, clear sidewalks and pathways by shovel or snow blower, and apply ice melt products after snow removal. B. SAIF’s snow and ice removal plan is attached as Attachment A to this ITB, for reference, and includes a map of the parking lots, sidewalks, and pathways for the Services.
