. This project entails the Demolition of existing hurricane damaged interior spaces and renovation of same spaces. a. Demolition consists of interior finishes such as wallpaper, gypsum board walls, carpet squares, acoustic ceilings, gypsum board ceilings, wood trim, windows, doors, light fixtures, HVAC Equipment and all duct work, and associated electrical equipment. b. Renovation consists of new level 5 finished gypsum board walls, refinished hardwood trim and judges paneling, new carpet flooring, new acoustical ceilings, new light fixtures, new HVAC Equipment and Ductwork. 2. This project entails the Demolition of existing hurricane damaged Exterior elements and renovation of same Elements. a. Damaged Exterior Stucco b. All Doors and Windows c. Entrance Awnings 3.
