Lemuel Shattuck Hospital (LSH) is seeking a vendor to provide bulk liquid oxygen design, installation, service and maintenance at 88 East Newton Street, Boston MA. This site is currently under renovation with a substantial completion date of Spring 2026. The awarded vendor will work collaboratively with DCAMM’s agents to design and install vendor owned tanks in preparation of Lemuel Shattuck’s relocation from 170 Morton Street, Jamaica Plain MA to 88 East Newton Street, Boston MA. This RFR seeks to establish a multi-year contract for the purchase of Bulk Liquid Oxygen. Additionally, vendors will be responsible for the design, installation and maintenance of storage tank(s) and related equipment. All equipment will meet or exceed all regulatory requirements. Storage, peripheral equipment, and delivery considerations are site specific. Vendors must submit a proposal and execute a standard contract form. Vendors are required to inspect the specific site prior to submitting a proposal.
