Work under this contract shall include the furnishing of all labor, material, equipment, supervision, transportation, and other services necessary to perform landscaping maintenance and services. Landscaping maintenance and services includes, but is not limited to: aerating, fertilizing, mowing, edging, and trimming of lawns; removing trash, clippings, and debris from landscape, lawn areas, and hard surfaces (i.e. sidewalks, parking lots, etc.), special tree maintenance, tree pruning, turf maintenance/replacement, debris removal, irrigation repairs, weed control, leaf pick up, dead or damaged plant replacement, the maintenance of plant beds and landscape materials; at designated areas. Throughout the contract term all plant material shall be maintained in a healthy, growing condition equal to or better than conditions at the beginning of the contract. Contractor will work with the Facility Supervisor to coordinate all maintenance activities in this contract and reporting irregularities in the respective work zone. Scope of work shall include all buildings perimeters, breezeways, courtyards, drive isles, parking lots, and planters.
