It is the intent of these specifications to contract with qualified vendors to provide Sod and Sod installation on an “as needed” basis to the Sebastian County Parks, hereinafter referred to as “SCP”. The sod installation will commence, working with the general and infield contractors in September and October, as fields are ready for sod. Contractors must furnish all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment as necessary to properly perform work described. No guarantee is given as to the amount of sod that will be required during the entire contract period.
