It is the intent of these specifications to contract with qualified vendors to provide Sod and Sod installation on an “as needed” basis to the Sebastian County Parks, hereinafter referred to as “SCP”. The sod installation will commence, working with the general and infield contractors in September and October, as fields are ready for sod. Contractors must furnish all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment as necessary to properly perform work described. No guarantee is given as to the amount of sod that will be required during the entire contract period. Contractors shall use trained and skilled employees in this trade that are directly employed with their company, must furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to properly perform the work required, must be licensed as required by the State of Arkansas, and insured
