Each Proposal should contain the following information at a minimum: Winning respondent(s) to provide auxiliary services (Traffic Control, Parking Assistance and Towing Services) for our 2024 Holiday Lights Display and 2025 Garvan’s Tulip Extravaganza. Expectations are detailed below and may continue to be refined as new information is provided. HOLIDAY LIGHTS: Season begins November 23 through December 31, 2024. Hours of Operation will be 3:00 P.M.-9:00 P.M. Online ticketing will be utilized to control the number of guests and vehicles on-site at one time. We anticipate a maximum of 4000 guests per night on peak nights, approximately 1300 cars. Online tickets will be scanned at the entry plaza and as needed, at the Anthony Chapel. Tickets will be required to visit any attractions of the garden. Garvan Security officers will be stationed at the front entry plaza, the chapel and will roam in the parking lot to assist as needed. A golf cart will be provided by Garvan Gardens. Anticipated PEAK NIGHTS are as follows: November 23-30 (excluding Thanksgiving Day), December 7, 14, 16-28 (excluding Christmas Day); (21 nights). The contractor will provide ten (10) parking lot crew members, including one (1) supervisor. These crew members will be stationed throughout the parking lots, on the Service Road intersection with Arkridge Road, and as needed at the intersection of Twin Oaks and Arkridge.
