Architectural Engineering Services for Interior Renovations at this historic structure are expected to include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. Review and Assessment of Existing Conditions 2. Space Utilization Review and Re-Design (if necessary) 3. Remedy source(s) of any existing water infiltration, if applicable and as required 4. Repair damage(s) from past and current water infiltration. 5. Provide for New Door Hardware Replacement 6. Remove existing Flooring and Repair subfloors as required. 7. Provide & Install New Flooring 8. Repair / Refinish all wall surfaces & repaint all walls. 9. Repair / Refinish / Replace and or repaint as necessary all wood doors and window casings, trim, etc. 10. Remove and replace drop ceilings where possible. 11. Repair plaster ceilings, Repaint all plaster ceilings. 12. Provide new and or alternatively, reuse available existing millwork at food and beverage hospitality areas to include the following: a. New cabinetry and countertops with sink, cabinetry for storage of supplies b. Refrigerator and coffee service c. Water Cooler /Heater with Water Bottle Filler d. Microwave only. 13. Provide for New (Interior room) Lighting where required or applicable. 14. Provide for New Window Treatments where required or applicable 15. Provide for New Furnishings 16. Provide for appropriate Electrical and Tele-Communication Upgrade 17. Provide complete interior renovations to all and en-suite restroom(s) including but not limited to new millwork, plumbing, fixtures, and fittings, etc. 18. Conduct Elevator Repairs where applicable. 19. Provide for HVAC Repairs as needed, including but not limited to Window Units replacements and or other alternatives. 20. Misc. root cause and cosmetic repairs as required.
