Project consists of but not limited to the removal of (1) existing 6’-0” outswing double exterior entry door and “sidelights” and install new 6’-0” double exterior entry door (10’-0” x 7’-2” total opening; per print) with door access control, and panic hardware. Door spec per page A2.1. Door hardware shall be consistent with COH approved door system tying into CPI system; LH door shall have crash bar and RH door shall maintain existing door access system with magnet/electric with REX motion sensor device and auto unlocking door capability. Field example of door hardware can be shown at walk-thru or provided via photo. New door system must have center post hardware kit between swinging doors to provide maglocks and panic bar / exit locking security. Contractor shall mount motion sensor, wire, and perform all electrical connections for new door hardware operation (signal and voltage). All existing lock cores are ’BEST’ brand locks. New core locking hardware shall match the existing manufacturer. Lastly, contractor shall test new installation and troubleshoot as required for full functionality.
