A Solution that leverages state-of-the-art technology and enhances the Customer experience. A successful Vendor will: Meet all Business and Technical requirements as described in Exhibits D and F respectively as well as any Business and Technical preferences WAHBE elects to contract for as identified in Exhibits H and I. Provide a set of explicit plan recommendations to customers at different stages in the shopping journey including anonymous browsers, new applicants, and renewing enrollees. Function as an integrated part of HPF where the customer does not have to leave the WAHBE website. Provide an estimated total yearly cost inclusive of a customer’s eligibility determination (if provided) such that: Customer premium estimates include any federal and/or state subsidies for which the customer is eligible, Out-of-pocket cost estimate based on plan-specific costs for receiving care (health plan designs updated annually), meaning the Solution adjusts the out-of-pocket cost estimate based on each WAHBE insurance carrier’s health plan designs, and Customers can receive an estimated total yearly cost without providing their income or without Vendor receiving an eligibility determination from Healthplanfinder. Out-of-pocket cost estimate must factor in: Federal cost-sharing reductions (“CSR”) for eligible customers under 250% FPL, Cost-sharing subsidies available for members of Federally Recognized Tribes under 300% FPL, and Customer’s anticipated utilization and/or health status.
