2.1.1 The contractor shall provide actuarial services for the Department of Commerce and Insurance (hereinafter referred to as the state agency) in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. 2.1.2 The contractor shall either provide the services directly or shall provide a person/personnel who must comply with the requirements stated herein. Therefore, references to “the contractor” throughout this document shall also be deemed to include the person/personnel provided by the contractor. 2.1.3 The contractor shall provide actuarial services in one (1) or more of the following line(s) of insurance.
