Walworth County is seeking proposals from Section 125 Administrators on Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account plans, including the features listed below. Selected vendor(s) will be required to work directly with the County throughout the process to provide quality customer service. Vendor shall meet as requested to resolve problems. The selected firm shall coordinate all provided services with the Walworth County Human Resources Department. The Human Resources department shall be responsible for monitoring the services awarded under this RFP. with the following features: 1. Section 125 plan services as described herein this RFP 2. An established history as a flex plan administrator 3. Enhanced services to include dedicated customer service, government reporting, and (if requested) an on-line enrollment on an annual basis 4. Quality service to employees which must include individual account management, individual account tracking and notification on a frequent basis 5. As part of their ongoing service communication, publication of a frequent newsletter compliant with State and Federal legislation, updates on current and ongoing issues as well as plan administration issues 6. Customer service through a dedicated unit 8. All services as listed in this RFP under the terms of a single price agreement 9. HIPAA compliant confidentiality of employee records and account information 10. Appropriate employer reporting
