Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Environmental compliance related actions required by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), the State of Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH), and small municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) permit requirements per Appendix K of HAR Title 11 Chapters 54 and 55, and HDOT Harbors storm water management programs (SWMP) and related projects (e.g., post-construction permanent best management practices design and retrofit). 2. Environmental engineering support including scope preparation, engineering estimate, and specification preparation. 3. Compliance with HDOH water quality standards requirements in support of commercial harbor projects. 4. Preparation and coordination of United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) permits for maintenance dredging projects (such as, sediment sampling). 5. Environmental data collection in support of HDOT Harbors geographic information system (GIS) and computerized asset management system (AMS)
