Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall perform pump maintenance and repair services in County buildings. The primary systems that the pumps serve are boilers, chillers, sumps and sewer systems. The Work the Contractor will provide includes, but is not limited to, the following: i. Troubleshooting and/or repairs to an inoperative or malfunctioning pump and/or motor. ii. Inspect, test, repair, and/or rebuild pumps and motors as needed. iii. New, replacement, and/or modification of pump and motor installation. However, if a new or replacement pump is needed in a County building, the County, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to enter into an agreement outside of this Contract. iv. The results of all service calls shall be documented and given to the County or designee upon Work completion.
