1. Successful Offeror (hereinafter “Contractor”) shall furnish all management, personnel, food products, supplies, equipment, materials, technical support, training, systems, and effort necessary to operate the University’s dining services program at a level acceptable to the University and provide commission revenue to Frostburg State University Auxiliary Services. 2. This RFP is organized around four broad areas of expectations and Contractor responsibilities: • Programmatic (incl. board plans, retail, catering, concessions, and summer camp services) • Human Resources • Management and Administrative • Sanitation, Maintenance/Housekeeping, and Sustainability; The dining program is a recruiting tool for the University, and a key element in overall student satisfaction. The University intends to maintain a flexible and high-quality program that provides value, convenience and flexibility for students, faculty and staff. Accordingly, The University seeks: 1. An exemplary dining services program that is innovative, flexible, appealing, clean, and attractive to students, parents, faculty, staff and visitors. 2. Customer service and hours of operation that meet the changing needs of a dynamic university. 3. Industry leadership in current dining trends, including accommodation of food allergies, sustainability, and environmentally preferable and socially responsible products and services. 4. Financial resources and revenue growth to meet University goals.
