a) Replace five (5) ATS switches, 480V, 60A, 4-pole, in the Housing Units (HU) B, C, D, E, and H. Each HU is represented by a single typical line drawing. b) Replace one (1) ATS switch, 480V, 60A, 4-pole, in the Generator Building P. c) Replace one (1) ATS switch, 480V, 60A, 4-pole, in Building K. d) Replace three (3) ATS switches in the Main Electrical Room of Building I, all 480V, 4- Provide a twoyear warranty on all parts and labor. e) Simulate a Baltimore Gas and Electric (BGE) outage by opening the normal breaker to ensure proper automatic transfer and return to normal operation. f) Ensure that all personnel working on the project pass a background check after the award. g) Employ a licensed electrician for the work. h) Conduct a third-party independent inspection of the completed work. i) Allocate 16 hours of labor on a time and material basis for troubleshooting the Generator Start Signal wiring, including both normal and overtime hourly rates.
