SCOPE OF WORK: I. Overview. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, and appurtenances necessary to remove and install hoist and trolley system at the Waianae Wastewater Treatment Plant for the Department of Environmental Services. 4 RFQ-ENV-2500002 II. Technical Requirements. a. Removal of Existing system Remove the existing system shown in Exhibit 1. The City is responsible for the disposal of the existing system. b. Installation of New System Contractor shall install a new ACCO C3W03S066-30M2SO 3-ton work-rated monorail hoist with motorized trolley shown in Exhibit 2 which will be furnished by the department. Installation of the hoist and trolley shall include: 1. Install new wire rope hoist on bridge 2. Install new bridge festoon control wiring 3. Install new runway conductor bars 4. Perform operational test 5. 100% load test crane
