A. Install new caulking and backer rod. Refer to Specifications. B. Remove caulking at window and doors frames. C. Install new caulking at doors and window Frames. Refer to specifications. D. Properly repair CMU cracks prior to painting. Refer to specifications. E. Tuck-point mortar joints at CMU as required prior to painting. F. Paint CMU walls. Refer to specifications. G. Re-grade adjacent soils to exterior walls. H. Repaint design wall colors verify with owner. Refer to elevations and photos. I. Replace caulking at walk to wall. J. Paint all metal currently painted and attached to the building - this will include canopies, piping, Fencing, handrail, etc. refer to specifications. K. Properly infill wall opening and seal penetration. L. Provide new trim rings as required.
