Downtown Buildings Lighting Maintenance (maintenance shall be performed two times a year): -Inspect all lighting on Downtown Building trim for any signs of wear, damage, or safety. -Repair and replace any damaged components to ensure the lighting is safe and fully functional. In the event any damage to the Downtown Building Lighting occurs outside of the maintenance performed twice a year; contractor will be expected to make all repairs under this Maintenance Agreement. -Conduct test to confirm that all lighting installations are operating correctly and safely. -Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and any repairs performed. -Must furnish all equipment and tools. -All installed lighting shall be maintained in a manner that they are secured to the buildings at all times. -In the event that any lighting becomes detached from the buildings, those lights are to be reattached as soon as notice is given of said condition. Installation of lights on back side of Downtown Green Space -Install lighting to match all Downtown Building lights. -Once installed these light will be included in the Downtown Buildings Lighting Maintenance
