Task A: Existing Planning and Development Materials; Work with ARRC to compile existing materials of planning and development efforts in support of the corridor that may fulfill the SDP requirements as described in 49 U.S.C 25101(d) and identified in CID Program Step 2 Draft Statement of Work Framework, which is included as Attachment 1. The existing materials may include, but are not limited to prior SDPs, reports, data, memoranda, Geographical Information Systems (GIS) data, analyses, correspondence, and/or prior NEPA documentation. This effort includes completing the Gap Analysis spreadsheet. Task B: Statement of Work (SOW); Develop and submit a Draft Step 2 SOW. After receiving FRA/ARRC comments, revise as needed and submit a Final SOW. Task C: Project Schedule; Develop Submit a Draft Project Schedule for completing the Step 2 SOW. After receiving FRA/ARRC comments, revise and submit a Final Project Schedule. Task D: Budget; Develop and submit a Draft Project Budget for completing Step 2 SOW. The Draft Project Budget will present the estimated cost for each task and subtask within the Step 2 SOW including the breakdown of FRA and Non-Federal Contributions including the sources of Non-Federal Contributions. After receiving FRA/ARRC comments, revise and submit Final Step 2 Project Budget.
