Offeror Shall: 3.1 Identify and analyze any/all bills that might impact the SOS and/or elections, 3.2 Maintain a near-real-time tracking list in the Legislative On Line Arizona (LOLA) portal of any/all bills that might impact the SOS and/or elections, 3.3 Immediately or as soon as practicable, notify the SOS staff via text message or email to: gdiaz@azsos.gov of amendments that could have tertiary effects on the operations of the SOS and/or elections, 3.4 Influence lawmakers and others on behalf of the SOS on items as assigned, 3.5 Represent the SOS at meetings and advocate on topics as requested, 3.6 Attend weekly meetings either virtual or in-person, with SOS team, 3.7 Contribute to SOS lobbying strategy and tactics as requested, and 3.8 Ensure an open dialogue exists with the appropriate parties
