Item # 1: ( 340 - 45 ) One (1) presentation of the National Fire Academy (NFA) Decision-Making for Initial Company Operations 0457 class. This is a 2-day, sixteen (16) hour course. Location will be at Enterprise Fire Department in Enterprise, Oregon. The dates of the two-day course will be January 25th and 26th unless otherwise agreed upon by Enterprise Fire Department. Instructor should be qualified to instruct this class through the National Fire Academy. Selected vendor must be qualified through the National Fire Academy to instruct this Initial Company Operations 0457 class. Agency will provide training facility in coordination with Enterprise Fire Department, selected vendor shall provide all training related materials. Resulting contract will be all-inclusive and quotes submitted shall include all associated costs that the vendor wishes to be reimbursed for, including but not limited to: Training Materials, Labor, Travel, Lodging, and Per Diem. Vendor will be responsible for their own travel and lodging arrangements.
