CORE REQUIREMENTS B1.1 The system will stream video from deployable assets to on-scene video monitors and a cloud-accessible video platform M B1.2 The system shall provide a fully featured video streaming service that supports role based user management for access control and the ability to easily add and remove video streams. M B1.3 The system must be geographically redundant and hosted in an environment that is proven to be resilient to localized failures.
