This project consists of a Base Bid which includes the Contractor performing approximately 4,000 square yards of subgrade preparation, aggregate base course and asphalt concrete pavement installation at Dick Samp Park. This project requires contractor to supply, haul, install, grade and compact subgrade and base material of 4” A/B material, supply, haul, install and compact of 2” thick hot mix asphalt concrete pavement over the area as described herein. Subgrade preparation, aggregate base course, asphalt concrete pavement installation will be per Lake Havasu City Specifications. All excess material will be hauled away and disposed of by the Contractor and will be considered incidental to the project. Any damage to the existing concrete islands shall be repaired by the Contractor and will be considered incidental to the project.
