The contractor will provide all the labor, materials, and equipment as follows: A. Construct a new drill pipe fence with drill pipe posts, drill pipe top rail, and 9/16” cable middle rail. Drill pipe rails are to be welded to the existing gate posts (refer to maps and fence specifications drawing). a. General: Construct the drill pipe fence as show on the drawing. i. Steel pipe posts (2 7/8” outside diameter, ¼” wall thickness) shall be driven or dug into the ground a minimum of 3 feet and spaced 10 feet apart extending from and welded to the existing gate posts. ii. Drill pipe top rail (2 7/8” outside diameter, ¼” wall thickness) must be 38 inches above the ground. iii. The middle cable rail (9/16”) must be attached with weld on fence clips to the posts spaced 18 inches below the top rail and 18 inches above the ground.
