The Remodel is separated into five phases of construction with phase one starting on the 4th level and phase five ending on the 1st level. The existing restrooms will be demolished and new restroom water closets, urinals, lavatories, toilet partitions, wall and floor tile, ceilings, lighting, plumbing, counter tops, metal stud walls, tile backer, and gypsum board will be provided. On levels 2, 3, and 4, the restrooms are similar in design layout. Level one restrooms will also be remodeled along with existing locker and shower rooms. The locker rooms and showers will be remodeled with new lockers, showers, benches, tile walls and floors, new ceilings, walls, lighting, plumbing, metal stud walls, tile backer, and gypsum board. In addition to the locker room spaces, a new unisex restroom and janitors’ closet will be incorporated into the design on the first floor. Construction Cost Estimate: $1,585,000.00
