The University is soliciting responses from hotels that can host the training in Chattanooga year round. There are courses scheduled starting in October of 2024. Technical Specifications: A meeting room space for 50-70 attendees is required. Please describe the event space you have at your hotel including the minimum and maximum capacity available and provide photos. List the number of days in advance that the University may cancel an event without any fees. Continental breakfast, hot buffet lunch, afternoon snack, and an all-day refreshment center are required. Please discuss your capabilities for this. State your current health department ratings and attach a copy of your health documents. AV equipment and support are necessary.
