1. Provide a comprehensive and unbiased assessment of Truman’s existing admissions operations for both domestic and international students including, but not limited to: a. policies and procedures b. staffing structure and responsibilities c. existing technology and processes d. use of external vendors 2. Develop a process improvement plan to enhance overall admission outcomes. Recommend innovative solutions for leveraging technology, training staff, and managing the admissions funnel. The process improvement plan will contain specific strategies for the following target markets: a. domestic undergraduate students b. transfer students c. graduate students d. international students 3. At its discretion, Truman may elect to have the chosen consulting firm coordinate a multidisciplinary team of Truman’s admissions personnel, information technology staff and assorted outside vendors to successfully implement the process improvement plan. Implementation services should be delineated separately in the consulting firm’s pricing submission.
