30’ x 30’ Metal Storage Building Contractor is to construct a 30' X 30' metal storage building. The building is to be constructed behind Field 11, which is located off 1050 Forbus Court in the Grand Park Athletic Complex in the Market Commons area of Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. Contractor responsible for obtaining all building permits required to construct the buildings. Contractor is responsible for preparing the site for the slab/concrete work. Contractor is responsible for all equipment, materials and labor to do this project. Contractor is also responsible for make sure the work site is safe and clean at all times. Contractor is to purchase and construct a double batting cage system. Cage must be built on a concrete pad and covered by padded turf. Contractor is also responsible for doing all site work to prepare the slab for the batting cages. Fabrication and installation of site improvements by an experienced craftsman with excellent record of performance on completed projects of comparable size, scope and quality. All materials, hardware and furnishings shall be new, first quality. Contractor shall verify position and layout of all cages. Verify dimensions by measurements Batting Cage System Description: Double batting cage system (2 each) 14’W X 55’L X 12’H, consisting of 8.625” diameter steel poles and STRYK-5388 rust inhibitive black coating. Cable system comprises of 3/16”heavey duty galvanized steel cables. Doors located on the end. Structural Poles - 8.625” O.D. welded high tensile strength steel, .25” wall thickness with welded cap and integral lifting ring to prevent moisture from entering at the top and to ease the installation process. Corrosion dipped and finished with STRYK5388 to form a solid coating bonding with the substrate, preventing corrosion.
