Spartanburg County employs approximately 1,500 employees in locations dispersed over the County. We are seeking a full print management service to assume total responsibility of Spartanburg County’s entire printer fleet to: 1. optimize the size of this fleet 2. reduce paper and toner waste 3. increase reliability and uptime of the print fleet 4. reduce total expenditures per printed page This responsibility includes all printer/plotters, desktop, network, and MFP devices. Service will include all labor, travel time, mileage and supplies including all parts, toner, and replacement printers, as well as a reporting system to track printer usage and costs. Services are to Spartanburg County Administration Building, County Courthouse, Community Services Building, Sheriff’s Department, Detention Center, Communications 911, outlying Magistrate Offices, Parks and Recreation Facilities, Public Work Camps, and future locations depending upon growth. Spartanburg County has an assorted fleet of approximately 401 mono and 166 color printers and prints approximately 6.25 million pages a year. The estimate on the quantity of printers may be adjusted (up or down) based on a walk through by awarded vendor with Spartanburg County’s approval. Spartanburg County will only accept a cost per color copy and cost per B&W price.
