Vendor to use all avenues of communication to retrieve missing dispositions from all Nevada municipal, justice and district courts, as well as all Nevada city attorney and district attorney offices. The date of time period for disposition retrieval is 1986-2023. Vendor shall retrieve dispositions for denied, dismissed, pled guilty, found guilty, deferred judgement and amended judgements, etc. The vendor shall use all avenues available to retrieve dispositions, such as in person, e-court websites, phone calls, fax requests, to courts and city/district attorneys’ offices. Retrieved dispositions shall be entered into the state computerized criminal history program from the Department of Public Safety Records, Communications and Compliance building in Carson City, NV. Communication with the grant manager shall be on-going, at least on a monthly basis.
