• Prep, Scan & Index all available original documents on site (Plat/Deed Books & Cancellation Books, approx. 92,000 +/- pages) • Scanning must be at minimum of 300dpi at 256 gray levels • Must be a Georgia Superior Court Clerk’s Cooperative Authority (GSCCCA) Certified Vendor by a Certified System • Imaging to be completed based on the GSCCCA Approved Docket Survey • Reverse black images with white text to white images with black text • Format images/indexes that can be imported into the local records management software & images will be sent to GSCCCA • Provide a form of backup with the GSCCCA MyVault Application • The County will receive a MASTER (CD, DVd, FP, Flash Drive, etc) in a medium suitable to the project size. • No change orders will be accepted for this project
