9.4 The Contractor shall remove from the site and dispose of all material, debris, installation materials, and adhesives in accordance with all Local, State, and Federal regulations. 9.5 Contractors are encouraged to recycle metal, concrete and any other material in order to reduce the amount of waste going to the City Landfill. 9.6 Contractors must comply with City of Lincoln Municipal Code 8.33.040 regarding the recycling of all cardboard material. A separate, lidded dumpster provided by the Contractor or their subcontractor shall be provided for this use. 9.7 The Contractor shall discuss the removal and disposal of current fixtures with the Owner’s Representative to determine if they have surplus value and how they will be removed from the premises.
